What is the estimated production and delivery time frame for my order?

The production and delivery time for your order varies based on the specific item, customization choices, and your location. However, we always aim to deliver within 4 weeks from the date of your order.

Can I pick up my order direct from Sofareka?

We are sorry to inform you that currently, we offer delivery services only.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, you will receive an email stating your order details and intended delivery date. Follow-up calls will also be made from our delivery department. You may also contact us at +60 16-332 8577 for further questions.

Is someone required to be present at the delivery address?

Yes, please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery upon arrival. Our logistic system requires a signature to confirm receipt of your order.

My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?
