Shipping & Delivery

Your confirmation order will be processed on the next working day following the receipt of your paid order. The delivery, which occurs after payment processing, may take anywhere within 45 working days. On each item’s product page, you will find an estimated delivery time, for instance, within 2-3 weeks.

The estimated delivery days are applicable during working days (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays, between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Our in-house delivery team will deliver the item to your doorstep, including handling the installation.

Should your product fail to arrive within the estimated delivery time, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, your products will be delivered to the address specified in your Order Confirmation.

In the rare event of an incorrect item being delivered, kindly get in touch with our customer service team within 24 hours, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement.

We offer free delivery for all sofa purchases within the Klang Valley area for orders RM 1000 and above. For purchases below RM 1000, RM60 delivery fee will apply to cover transportation costs.

Our delivery team will handle your sofa with care and ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location.
